ChiroGel is the latest innovation from Highgrove that combines the pure comfort of visco elastic comfort with the latest in mattress temperature controlling technology.
ChiroGel is a new generation thermo regulating foam containing a blend of sustainable natural raw materials including soybean oil and a refreshing natural balm to help you experience a night of deeper, more restful sleep.
This, combined with a unique open-cell structure ensures a higher level of moisture evaporation and breathability. ChiroGel stays cooler for longer so you can sleep more comfortably all night long.
How does it work?
ChiroGel contains a unique refreshing balm that helps cool down and absorb body heat. Imagine applying a moisturising balm to your face to cool and freshen your skin – it is a similar effect! The balm is an added ingredient during the production process; it is not just a surface treatment. Independent tests carried out by the AITEX Textile Research Institute show the effectiveness of ChiroGel in comparison to standard memory foam, proving that it stays cooler for longer.
ChiroGel’s open-celled structure means that it is air-permeable and guarantees a higher level of breathability. It is also a very durable, long- lasting material. ChiroGel is less dense than standard memory foam, so it recovers more quickly.
How is it greener?
The manufacturers of ChiroGel have a policy to produce more natural and environmentally friendly products. In 2005, they started a ‘Green line’, replacing some of the man-made chemically produced poly oils with natural, non-genetically modified Soy oil, a renewable raw material. This technology is used in the production of ChiroGel - not only making it a greener product, but also reducing the demand on petroleum oil, which is now a finite resource on our planet.
