A member of our team will carefully check your order to make sure everything is correct and ready to process.

Step 2: Stock Confirmation

• If your item is in stock, we'll contact you to arrange a convenient delivery date or collection from one of our stores.
• If your item is out of stock or made to order, we'll be in touch with the latest estimated lead times from our suppliers.

Step 3: Keeping You Informed

We understand that waiting times are important. If the estimated lead time is longer than expected, we'll let you know as soon as possible. If the revised time frame doesn't suit your needs, you'll have the opportunity to cancel your order at this stage.
