Before your delivery

How will I know when my furniture will arrive?

We will arrange a suitable delivery date with you and, wherever possible, provide an AM or PM delivery window. Our team will normally contact you before arriving. Delivery times are estimates and an exact arrival time cannot be guaranteed.

What should I check before delivery?

Please check doorways, hallways, staircases, lifts, gates and other access points to ensure your furniture can be safely moved into the property. If access is unsafe or unsuitable, delivery may need to be completed at the nearest safe and reasonable point. Reasonable extra charges may apply if a delivery fails due to unsuitable access or nobody being available.

Can I collect my furniture instead?

You are welcome to collect from our stores Monday to Friday. Weekend collections may be available by prior arrangement, so please contact us to arrange a suitable time.

Do you deliver smaller items?

For smaller items requiring little or no assembly, a reduced delivery charge may be available depending on the item and your location. Please contact us for a quote.

What about VAT on export purchases?

Goods purchased from or collected from our stores are sold inclusive of UK VAT, where applicable. We do not provide a VAT-free export service or VAT refunds for furniture subsequently exported outside the UK. VAT-free purchases may be available on qualifying mobility furniture where UK VAT exemption requirements are met.
