If, after having placed your order, you have a change of heart for whatever reason, you may cancel your order within 10 days of your order, prior to delivery. All you need to do is advise us by calling the store that have placed the order with or emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Once we acknowledge receipt of your cancellation, you will receive a full refund using the same method as your original payment.
You may cancel your order within 10 days of placement without charge, cancelling any order after this time may result in a cancellation fee of 20% of invoice total.
Returns due to delivery restrictions
Some items are essentially special orders that will be specific to you, for example (but not limited to) sofas, although we will make every reasonable effort to deliver furniture into your home, you are ultimately responsible for ensuring that it will fit so please do measure access thoroughly as, if upon delivery, it is found that any items will not fit into your home for any reason and you would like to return goods then there will be a cancellation fee of 20% of any goods returned.
Returns after delivery
We are confident that you will be delighted with your furniture. But if, on receipt of goods, you choose within 10 days to return them, we will happily collect any items that you no longer require. Your only liability will be the full cost of delivery and collection*. In addition, returns of bespoak orders will incur a cancellation fee of 20% of the goods returned. All you need to do is call the store that you ordered your furniture through, advise us in writing, either by post or direct by e-mail.
Please note, we do not accept returns of partially assembled flat pack furniture, mattresses, mattress protectors, divans or pillows unless they are un-opened, unused and still in their original packaging.
If we are collecting the items from you, we ask that you do the following to assist with uplift of the goods:
- Please ensure that the furniture is returned in the condition in which it was received. We will not be able to refund the goods in full if there are any signs of damage or misuse.
- We will refund to you all monies paid by you for the items being returned (excluding the full cost of delivery and collection* of the goods and any fees incurred on bespoke items), once the goods are back at our local warehouse and have been inspected.
If, in the unlikely event that after reciept of your delivery you find that there are any faults with the furniture, then please contact us within 24 hours via email or please call the store from which you purchased the item(s) and we will do our very best to rectify any issues you may have, but please note that our liability is limited to repair, replacement or refund and that we do not pay compenastion beyond these limits.
Please note for card refunds it can take up to 7 working days from the date that we process the repayment for your account provider to re-credit you with the amount due.
*Full cost of delivery and collection is not to be confused with our standard delivery charges, it will be deemed by us the true costs involved in the delivery and subsequent collection of goods from the customers location, resulting in a charge often higher than our delivery charges.
