Sofas & Armchairs
We’re so confident in the quality of our work that every sofa and armchair comes with a 25 Year Frame and Frame Construction Guarantee. This covers the timber frame and frame construction on models dispatched from 1st November 2019 onwards. Models dispatched between 2008 and 01.11.19 will still have a 10 year frame guarantee. All models will be covered by a 10 Year Spring Guarantee. Springs within recliner mechanisms are not covered. In addition, all recliner mechanisms, electric motors and rechargeable power packs come with a 2-year warranty.

N.B. The maximum weight limit for all static units, recliner units and elevate chairs is 110kg/17.3 stone PER SEAT.
Ergo & Ergoform Chairs
We offer a 5 Year Steel Frame & Moulded Foam Guarantee on all our Ergo and ergoform chairs, which have been crafted in Europe to exacting G Plan standards, by our specialist manufacturing partner.
Elevate Lift & Rise Chairs
Elevate Lift & Rise Chairs also include a 5 Year Guarantee on the Handset, Mechanism & Motor
