The Penny Pine Co has been in the heart of Somerset for many years now, hand crafting some of the finest occasional furniture, in particular plate racks.
The pieces are handmade and hand finished which means that each piece is unique. Their acclaimed finish is achieved using oils, distressed edging and a lot of hand waxing. You can, however, order these pieces "in the white," finely sanded and ready to paint or colour match to your own taste.
Their patented plate rack design allows them to accommodate average plates sizes ranging from saucers to 12 1/2" plates. If your plates are of a standard depth, each slot will securely hold two. These racks make a perfect addition to any country style kitchen.
